Why I began building ITmanager
Over more than 15 years in technology hiring, employer branding and career support, I have seen how decisions about people and roles can change both businesses and individual lives.
I began building ITmanager after seeing the same gap repeatedly: organisations were making decisions that shaped people’s careers, while professionals were often left trying to understand what those changes meant for their future.
